With great respect, naked women of mature age were photographed and presented with a montage of females who find balance in their bodies through Tai Chi. Other women dance with exuberance and relish, accompanied by a poetic text that celebrates the beauty and value of the mature female body.

la pelle che mi avvolge, ... respira
raggrinzita, segnata, divertita ... respira
in fluida trasparenza ... respira
uno scandalo? ... ma non mi far ridere !
Il mio corpo è la mia dimora, complice compagno d'avventura
testimone di mutevole forma
effimero. perché effimera è la polifonia della vita
la melodia passeggera delle stagioni
effimeri gli sguardi, i gesti, i sospiri
effimeri i movimenti, gli istanti
